CHARATERISTICS:
The Monsoon Malabar is unlike any other coffee on Earth. The coffee seeds are exposed to the monsoon rain and winds for up to four months, which causes the beans to swell and lose their original acidity. 

An incredibly strong coffee which leaves people coming back for more. Great for early mornings or mid afternoon slumps, and a great choice if you're looking for a pre-workout. We love using Mercenary in the AeroPress to make a espresso style shot of coffee.
