SHIPPING POLICY
We send orders under 5kg via Royal Mail, and aim to get your order dispatched within 1-2 working days.
We let you decide whether you want it sent by 1st or 2nd class.
If your order weighs more than 5kg then it will be sent via Parcel Force.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are more than happy to ship our coffee to anywhere in the world. Just contact us with what you would like to order, stating which country you need it posted to and we will get back to you as soon as we can with postage costs.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your coffee but if for any reason you feel that the coffee is unsafe to drink or the packaging is damaged then we are happy to exchange it for the same blend or a blend of equal or lesser value. Alternatively, we are happy to refund you the cost of the product. Please contact us here.
